just wondering, how do i get my ticket into the inner core?

(I'm still wondering how Gravesent became a mod. He only joined a couple years ago, whereas all the other mods have been here since 2003. So far as I know, he's the only person who has become a senior member who has not been around since the beginning. So try to be like him.)
